Po predstavení a uvoľnení viac-menej všetkých produktov novej rady od Autodesku sme sa aj my potrubári dočkali novej verzie AutoCAD Plant 3D 2012 a AutoCAD P&ID 2012. Autodesk pripravil pár dosť zaujímavých nových funkcií. Okrem nových funkcií už existujúcich produktov pre potrubársku projekciu Autodesk pripravil aj zaujímavé baličky produktov, ako je produkt Autodesk Plant Design Suite 2012, kde po zakúpení tohto balíčku dostanete veľký počet produktov.

Aplikácia AutoCAD Plant 3D Report Creator je určená pre generovanie reportov (Bill of Material) pre celkový projekt. Generovanie formátovanej správy reportov podľa nového nástroja. Môžeme nastaviť nové reporty tak, aby obsahovali presne údaje, ktoré chcete.

3. Pridanie ďalších funkcií a usporiadanie ikoniek v palete Home a Isos

• Prehodenie funkcie Toggle Disconnect Markers a Toggle Insulation Display do záložky Visibility

• Pridanie nových funkcií do záložky Visibility a to Toggle Placeholder Display a Toggle Weld Display

• Zoradenie a pridanie nových funkcií (možností) pre generovanie Izometrie a konfiguráciu Izometrických výkresov

4. Ďalšou veľmi skvelou vecou je načítanie do AutoCAD Plant 3D formát PCF, čo pomôže napr. pri vytváraní Izometrie z Autodesk Inventor piping, ktorý umožňuje generovanie práve tohto formátu PCF v ISOGEN.

5. Funkcie projektu

Vytváranie projektov, ktoré používajú Microsoft SQL Server Express pre zlepšenie a spoľahlivosť pri práci v multi-user prostredí / viac-užívateľskom prostredí. Premenovanie názvov výkresov v rámci Project Manager. Pridávanie mnohých symbolov do P&ID knižnice symbolov.
